Are MARS Cosmetics products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to be 100% cruelty-free. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals at any stage of production.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your package directly through the 'My Orders' section on our website.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused and unopened products. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or swatched.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our products are formulated with high-quality ingredients, but we always recommend checking the full ingredient list on the product page and performing a patch test before full application.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for the rest of the country.
